Great place to stay in London. Super nice, luxury and modern rooms and a great lounge area to relax. Lively area of London with a lot of nice restaurants and bars, pubs and supermarkets around the corner. Also easy to get to and pretty quick into town. The welcome was amazing. Super friendly taking care of everything. The 'Hotel' feels...

This hotel is very wonderful! It is different as it is very small and has no reception but this just makes it more relaxed and homely. You are given a key to get in and out yourself and the rooms are very clean and modern! The breakfast was self service with basic food to make yourself but was very suitable...

My partner and I found this hotel/inn by chance after decided to go with a much more expensive hotel, with smaller rooms and further away from our venue, so we cancelled that and booked this immediately and weren't disappointed. The building is an old warehouse converted into rooms with a shared dining/living area and kitchen. We stayed in the en...

Spent 5 nights. Feels like home, not like a hotel. Paid 95 gbp for a beautiful room w/ 2 large windows, equipped (for free) with tv, towels & hair-dryer. breakfast incl. (nothing fancy but does the job to kick-off the day). Owner super helpful. Quiet neighborhood

My girlfriend and I booked a last minute trip to London and were expecting to have to choose from expensive or poor quality places to stay - this was thankfully neither. When arriving James showed us round and was very helpful. The room we had (the upstairs one) was well decorated and a decent size. There was plenty of storage...

Whilst we found this to be a good rate and the rooms were nicely set out, we hadnt checked if they were en suite and they werent,it was very hot in the room which made sleeping difficult and didnt feel safe opening the patio door. The place looks a bit unfinished, tiles uneven and not meeting the edge of the...

Lovely hotel - spacious, clean, great location and lovely 'help yourself' breakfast. The room was a decent size with a large wet room and the communal area (although we met no other guests) was very nicely done. The Kitchen was filled with a range of food for us to help ourselves and all for a pretty good price.

Great Concept. This is probably not what you expect. It is advertised as a contemporary urban guesthouse. Combining modern stylish design with the practicalities of your own home from home. Seriously..... it is much more than that. Once you have booked you will get an email from James or Ray requesting payment and arrival time confirmation. Don't panic if you...

We stayed here if we are honest as a second place to another hotel, and boy were we wrong to overlook this place. This hotel is very laid back, modern and overall a pleasure to stay in. Almost holiday let environment where you are left to your own devices and everything is self serve, perfect for a little getaway. I...

Smart, modern b&b in a great location. I will definitely stay there again. Great value for money (considering London hotel prices). Handy for Regent's canal, if you're a runner or just like canalside walks, it's really handy. Easy access by bus to city centre and all attractions.
