We arrived at 9pm on Friday night. Nobody was there to greet us. Instead we were given a code to access the keys to the apartment. We were only provided with 1 set for 3 of us.

Superb apartment for4 of us. Very slick fit out. There were a few minor annoyances with things not working properly but overall very happy and surpassed other London apartment style accommodation experiences. Cleaning staff were particularly helpful and greeted us cheerily every day and nothing...More
We stayed in the Draycotts of Chelsea apts. with our two kids in July and then again in August. It's a great place to stay if you're an independent traveler and don't need the usual services provided by a hotel. The tube station was super...More

Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal
a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.

I last stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, and from reading recent reviews it saddens me that there has been absolutely NO improvement in anything. How is this place still running and not checked for health and safety etc it's appalling. And worse still taking money from people's bank accounts without confirming with them. If this hotel was up to standards, I would be a very regular customer and most likely the same for other people!
