Lovely place to stay even though straight opposite Waterloo train station and bustling traffic and people 24/7. In our room at bedtime, once the heavy blind is pulled down you may think your in the middle of no where (silence)! - great sleep and brilliant...More

Excellent last minute find stayed one night great location excellent breakfast room clean and tidy shower powerful staff friendly will definitely visit again Very reasonable price Was able to leave luggage with them for the day to explore London

Visited this bar when waiting for a friend from Waterloo, bar Decor is great but toilets need some serious TLC, no locks on cubical and no toilet roll or soap. Service is slow I waited over 10 minutes whilst bar man just walked around.More

it depends on their bookings but if you contact the hotel direct they are usually very helpful. mark leeds is the manager - really nice guy
