In the thick of the action. Picked this hotel for 1 night stay after arriving on the Eurostar & heading out from Kings Cross the following day. Easy to locate, clean, spacious for London in the family room, good internet & had a lift!! Check in & out was easy. Would recommend for short stay.

My family and I booked this hotel because of its great location: near King Cross station, and stated that there’re lift and heater. When we checked in last Jan 2017 at around 8:30-9:00 pm, there was only one staff at the hotel - the reception. Moreover our rooms were on the lower level and upper level which there’re some steps...

Four of us in the room in single beds. Extremely hot during the night. It was only to rest our heads and get to St Pancras for 5:30 so we didn't need extra facilities. Really handy for trains as right next to station. Reception staff were friendly.

We needed to stay in London for three days and travel all over during that time. Being opposite Kings Cross, it was a few minutes from the train and the same for the Tube. We used the excellent bus service too which was almost as quick as the tube door to door as the stop is again a couple of...

We needed a cheap hotel for one night and we needed to be near the Kings Cross International Station to go to Disney the next day. The hotel looked good and clean for what we needed. There was no car park, we were staying out the way of all the other rooms and all the cleaning products were pretty much...

We were stranded in London, booked a room through booking.com. When we arrived they told us they were full, we then cancelled the booking and they still took our money! Staff were not friendly or helpful in any way at all.

I needed to stay close to Kings Cross for an early start the next day. This is in an excellent location right on Euston Road. The bedroom & bathroom were in very good condition and modern. For what I paid it was exceptionally good value. I'd certainly go back again

So overall was happy with this hotel. Rooms looked a lot bigger on the website. On arrival- was surprised by how small they were. However- great service, very clean room, great amenities, all the things you'd like in a room (despite being small) and so many teas/coffees/milk in room. Quiet fridge, hairdryer, good shower, comfortable bed all sorted. For the...

The hotel is a great location opposite Kings Cross station. The room was refurbished and very clean and adequate. Staff were friendly and helpfully. Very basic but It did the job. Would stay again if local.
