Well let's start with the good parts, the location is good, not excellent. The room has a good size, but that is exactly what I ordered, two double beds, so it has to be big, right? When we arrived we were informed that our package did not include breakfast, Thanks for telling me in good time for that? The price...

I can't reccomend this hotel enough, not only is it in a perfect location in Bloomsbury with many attractions are easily within walking distance it is also in quiet street away from too much hustle and bustle. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are lovely as are the staff. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again...

We were lucky to get an upgrade to a junior suite - it was huge for a London hotel room sizes. Pillows were soft and temperature of the room perfect. I heard a few noises in the morning but it was a quiet room generally. The bathroom was a good size - but could have had more shower gel (and...

The location, while out of the heart of London, was easy enough to use as a base due to the proximity to the Underground station. The British Museum was steps away and there were a number of nice pubs within walking distance. The room felt modern and large for urban standards and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Nice rooms, very clean. Well presented and approachable staff. Second stay at this hotel for a weekend in London. Good transport links to all areas of London and within walking distance of theatres and shops. The British Museum is just round the corner. Selection of restaurants and pubs close by. Good continental breakfast included.

I love the location of this hotel and in fact used to stay in the hotel that previously occupied this building until their lease expired and the Grange chain acquired it. I stayed two nights in a single room on the ground floor. The room was small but fine. My stay was marred by a problem with the air conditioning....

Arrived hotel around 3pm. Rooms not ready staff really friendly and offered tea and coffee. Rooms spacious light and modern. High standards. A little noisy due to no double glazing . Ordered a bottle of water rather expensive at £6.25. Staff excellent. One team member leant us her own personal phone charger. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for just the one night and was fairly impressed - mainly due to the professionalism and attitude of the staff. This is a small boutique hotel, there is a small bar area in reception, but really you’re not going to stay in here for a drink, perhaps a cup of tea or coffee before you go on...

I stayed here for one night on the 4th Dec this year for 238 GBP. They "upgraded" me to a basement room 008 which was not so great, why would a single traveler need 3 double beds? The cold tap would only run warm and the shower didn't work. I called reception and it got fixed but it was not...
