What an absolutely fantastic hotel, well it's more than a hotel it is an experience; all the staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful, particularly Dave the Doorman who has a wealth of knowledge. We stayed in a double room which was nicely sized with a massive, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, tea and coffee...

This hotel was perfect for a weekend trip with friends. The Cavern Club was a 30 second walk and we were central for everything. The hotel is exquisite. Very tastefully furnished with Beatles memorabilia dotted all over. Sweeping, ornate stair cases and a partial glass lift provides it with a little more opulence that your standard 4 star. The rooms...

We recently stayed here when we went to a concert. The hotel has extremely friendly staff and exemplary housekeeping. The shower pressure was poor but the real let down was breakfast. There is no excuse for four star hotels serving poor breakfasts and the owners of this hotel really do need to get a grip on this. Aside from this...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry you did not enjoy our breakfast offering but a little more detail would have been helpful.

Stayed here on new years eve 2015. Check in was simple and the staff were friendly and polite. We stayed in a deluxe double room with a balcony, which was nicely decorated and had hot drink facilities and complimentary slippers. Bed was huge and comfortable which lead to a great nice sleep. Enjoyed a few drinks in the bar which...

Sorry about the lifts but as you will be aware we were fairly limited for space for any lifts at all!! I am glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for taking the time to review it.

We stayed over the first weekend in January. Liverpool was cold, wet, dismal - on the outside - but warm and welcoming on the inside, especially at this great hotel. We loved the huge photo of John Lennon over our king sized bed in the deluxe room we had booked as a birthday treat. Breakfasts were excellent, the bar cosy...

Stayed here on the autumn winter deal. There was a mistake at first so they complimentary upgraded our room which was great. We had a balcony on our room overlooking Liverpool one. The room itself was excellent with the smart tv for entertainment, monsoon shower which was really relaxing and then the bed which was huge and comfortable. Would highly...

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and never been disappointed. All the staff very friendly and helpful cannot do enough to help. Both bars are great and breakfast in Blakes has everything you could wish for. We visit Liverpool regularly and have stayed at other hotels but Hard Days Night is definitely number one choice a cut...

Had a 2days business course to this hotel. Was greeted well and a quick check in. Though no upgrade offered. Room was clean and well presented. My only comment/niggle would be the food offerings. Lunch was poor and dinner was slightly cold. Dave on the door was a true gentleman and extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and kept us informed of...

Just around the corner from The Cavern and Matthew Street, in the heart of the city, two minutes from the shopping at Liverpool One, is this exceptional hotel where everything is themed on The Fab Four. Service is excellent, as is the food, the accommodation, and the attention to detail. The perfect hotel to enjoy this wonderful city.
