Stayed at this place for the Liverpool Disco festival and it was ideal as it was only a 10-12 minute walk to the Camp and Furnace site. The staff were super friendly and let us check in early which was really handy. We only paid £60 each and the room was nice, we stayed in room 6 which was the...

Was ignored for 10 minutes when we tried to book in, hotel entrance is at the side of the pub and first thing you see is dirty bins. On route to our room hallway was dirty and dingy with paint flaking off everywhere, on arrival of room wasnt much better, beds had no pillowcases, no towels in the tiny bathroom,...

My husband and I have stayed here twice this year and we have been extremely happy with our rooms both times. The rooms are basic but were more than adequate for our requirements. The staff are very friendly and were really helpful and accommodating throughout both our stays. This is an excellent choice if you are on a mid-budget and...

Room 1 was tiny. No room for a chair. We needed to keep the window open to get some air in it. The traffic outside was noisy so my husband didn't sleep much. The sink was blocked. The vacuum cleaner had been left outside in the corridor. There was flaking paint on the stairs. Having said that, the staff were...

Oh what a treat arrived 4pm today 13th July 2016 for my Birthday and what a treat. One of the best meals I have had for a while We selected Chicken Parfait and bruchetta as starters then Seabass & Leguine and my choice was the 8 oz Ribeye steak (omviously medium rare) with steak cut chips peppercorn sauce and watercress...

We stayed here for a girly shopping weekend. Great location, clean and comfortable room and brilliant breakfast. The staff were very friendly and made us welcome. I would definitely stay here again. It is close to the city centre but with an out of town feel...some nice bars and cafes near by in a non-touristy area.

Was visiting Liverpool with a pal to watch gymnastics event at Echo Arena. Room very clean and beds were comfortable. Location good and convenient for most city centre amenities. There were some great eateries nearby although the hotel provides a menu with a good selection of food. Breakfast was excellent. Perhaps the only drawback for some may be the lack...

Relaxed and homely feel with really friendly staff. My sister and I were visiting her son at uni and really enjoyed our stay. The beds and bedding are fantastic. Lovely breakfast and great location. After leaving I realised I had lost a ring with great sentimental value and 3 members of staff turned the room upside down to find it,...

Stayed here when we went to see our son at university. Room clean, nicely presented and greeted by friendly staff. Only stayed for 1 night but would go back, breakfast was huge and good quality. We ate lunch too which was also good quality, served with a smile and good value for money. The pub itself is busy which tells...
