Our room was a bit dated and tatty, which I was surprised about. Was clean and comfortable tho.Centrally located. Big comfortable bed. Had a bath and a shower. Probably would stay here again if we got a good room rate.

My husband and i dined at this restaurant for a birthday meal yesterday. It was 3 courses for £11.95 before 5 pm. The food was excellent , it was presented beautiful and looked so appetizing. The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. We both enjoyed our meals and would recommend this restaurant to family and friends. After...

I contacted the hotel weeks ago via their website contact page about booking in for a mothers day afternoon. I received an email to say someone would be in touch soon. I waited and waited for a response and when I rang as no one had got back to me I was told its fully booked. Awful service by this...

We joined MacTaple's trip to Liverpool and stayed 4 nights in the Sir Thomas. Our room on the first floor. In the weekend Victoria Street can be noisy at night. Very good atmosphere and a very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet and a very good full English breakfast. It is close to the Cavern and close to the...

We found this hotel by chance from Trip Advisor while looking at reviews of our usual choice of hotel for a city break - one from the national chains. The Sir Thomas offered a very similar room rate but with the bonus of breakfast being included. It had a number of very positive recent reviews so we decided to book...

The breakfast was very nice and the staff were great and very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the room we got was on the small side and you could hear the noise...

Booked for one night initially then decided to stay for a second night. The welcome from the staff was most friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy with the usual facilities. Was very impressed with the breakfast , it consisted of a full English plus a range of meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit etc from a buffet. Location was perfect for...

Booked a Sunday night as a birthday treat......incredibly good value. The St Thomas Hotel was a former Bank and also one of the meeting points for late 19th Century and Early 20th century trade union activists. On the walls are some great tapestries depicting some of the important figures in international socialism and the movement. The hotel was brilliant and...

Had room 102 which was designed for disabled guests. We are not disabled! The room was lovely and clean,The bathroom had a bath no shower which I think people who have mobility problems would find it unsuitable. It was a twin bedded room and my daughter felt her bed move when heavy traffic went past. I had no problems sleeping,perhaps...
