We stayed here as part of a Hen Party. There was a group of 8 of us, we stayed for 2 nights. First things first the hotel is in a great location, straight across from the train station and it is walkable into town (though taxis are VERY cheap).. but be aware that there is also a holiday inn in...

We came here as a family wanting a centrally located hotel with a pool. In short, Liverpool Marriott City Center delivered, although the hotel feels just a little dated. Service is, as you would expect from a Marriott, very good - from reception to cleaning to restaurant staff. Breakfast was excellent, although they were a little short on some items...

An overnight stay to attend a function at the hotel. Check in was very slow and unwelcoming and concluded with what felt like a lecture about not losing the one key card that they were prepared to supply, a key that when retiring to our room no longer worked. Food provided at the function, I felt was poor for for...

Great central location, very near the station and despite being near bars etc. was not too noisy. Great choice at breakfast including bespoke eggs from the lovely 'egg chef'. All staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Special mention to Steve on reception and the lovely ladies waiting on at breakfast - should have made a note of their names. Down...

My rating is simple. Clean, quiet, cool. You meet these three things and you get a good rating from me. This hotel has no air conditioning so it fails the cool criteria. You must open the window to get some air. Then it gets noisy because it is downtown. The management lies and says the AC works, but it does...

All of the staff we dealt with were really friendly and helpful. Reception, porters, restaurant and spa - all of them! They helped patiently with all of our enquiries and were a real help with us making plans for a bit of light sightseeing and getting to the football match that we were in town for. The hotel is in...

A one night business trip meant a stay in Liverpool. The Marriot was excellent, good room, efficient checkin and out and above all very helpful and friendly service. Highlight was being recommended the omelette at breakfast and it being as good as suggested. Very reasonable room rate so I would definitely recommend

Stayed here twice in the past two years. It is a great location, easy walking to everywhere in the city center and beyond. Very comfortable, very friendly, with convenient car parking (once you can find the entrance!). Good breakfast buffet - all in all, I would have no hestitation in staying there again.

This is a beautiful and well located Marriott. The staff is friendly and helpful. On one site we were told there is a guest laundry and that is not correct. But everything else about this hotel was perfect. We would stay again for sure!
