Not the warmest welcome we have ever had! Receptionist struggled to order my Sunday paper of choice. After standing there for a while I suggested I buy my own however, another member of staff came to help and the paper was ordered. Got a choice of floors to choose from we asked which would the receptionist choose - she said...

Dear Linda S, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on tripadvisor. I am sorry your check in wasn’t a positive experience and the room didn’t meet your expectations. We normally receive very good reviews on hotel cleanliness so I am most concerned to hear something has gone wrong. A manager is on duty 24hrs and I...

Good hotel very clean staff helpful and parking for £10 for 24 hours. Centrally located for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1 , would recommend this hotel. We also ate at the hotel and food was lovely we had our 4 year old grandson with us , had a good children's menu and he got an activity bag to.

Friendly helpful staff, great location near Liver Building, and well-equipped room. Car parking was easily available from reception (round the corner). The downside is that the twin room was rather small for two adults, and not well soundproofed.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, the rooms are quite small but big enough for one person I don't think I would want to share a double for that long but the beds are massive just not enough room to walk around. The staff are great, I was greeted but two lovely ladies who were helpful and friendly....

Love this hotel. Friendly helpful staff, lovely atmosphere. Lovely comfy bed, iron, board and hairdryer all included, dressing gowns also. We booked a room overlooking Princes dock... Breakfast was £ 10.00 extra but was worth it, great attentive staff. Bar prices a little on the high side but it is a lovely area to relax in..

Recently stayed at this hotel with my family on the 11th floor.
