This hotel was one of the best thing that happened in our trip. Staff very generous, they got a room for our early chek in, and when we had a small scare because the fire alarm went off, they were very attentive and worried, controlled every situation with great calmness, agility and care of the guests. the location is great,...

Stayed here for two nights over the Easter weekend. Hotel is situated in an ideal location opposite the iconic Liver Building at Pier Dock. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of Liver Building. Room was a good size though bathroom is a little small but that did not bother us. Bed was very comfortable....

Upgrade to privilege room, but lower water pressure in the shower during the stay. Very good staff during the check in, bar and room service. Hotel in front of the Pier Head, near to Liverpool ONE and Central Station. Amazing view!

Hotel is really modern, decor is so up-to-date - absolutely lovely. Hotel and rooms very clean and fresh. The rooms aren't very sound proof and you can hear your neighbours. No complaints what's so ever with the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff nice, some a little grumpy but nothing major. Food - don't waste your money as some dishes overpriced....

This hotel is located down by the river near to the Pier Head and the ferries which cross the Mersey. The outside Terrace bar is the perfect vantage point for those photos of the world famous Liver building. Our room overlooked the ancient church just across the road and a view of the original 3rd 'mother' Liver bird high up...

We stayed here for two nights. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is great, with views across the Mersey and toward The Atlantic Ocean. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay here again.
