I started my visit in the hotel on Sunday and I paid upfront up to Friday Night with my credit card. However, On Tuesday I knew that I can shorten my visit Liverpool to Wednesday. On Tuesday evening I informed reception about that I want to leave early and I will want to refund cost back to my card. They...

The Thistle had changed hands, now under the banner of the Mecure sadly. The rooms are smaller, the Decor cheap and tacky, Yes it has had some form of makeover, they should have kept it as it was andspent money on Double glazing. The Bar only opens at the weekend, we attempted to get a drink in the bar area...

Stayed at the Atlantic Tower for 3 nights - all requests were met by the hotel-room warm - lovely views of Mersey. Breakfast was very good - all you could want from a 4* Hotel. The only minus was the condensation on window in the mornings but apart from that it was great - we will certainly return again as...

Although we only stayed one night I was really impressed with this hotel. Breakfast was lovely, help yourself to as much as you want. Staff very polite and friendly. Good location for exploring Liverpool and...

Stayed here with work. My room had a view over the Liver Building which was nice. The room itself smelt a bit musty but that settled down once the heating/air con was on. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Restaurant was OK for breakfast. Good selection. Easy check in and out.
