My mum and I went for afternoon tea at the Richmond Hotel. The decor of the room is very nice, with a good atmosphere and was very comfortable. The staff, especially Tina who waited on us,was so lovely. The sandwiches, cake and scones were delicious, and we had a very nice pot of coffee, that we could have had topped up.Will definitely be returning.

Slight problem with not enough bar staff but put extra staff on and while not sorted was much better than at start of night. Reasonable prices for city cent hotel. It's a great pub, lovely seating area outside. We love going here for a quick drink. The men in our group love real ales and therefor www always end up in a real ale pub. Staff are welcoming. Lots of banter from the locals who will natter to anyone. Traditional boozer. Not glamorous but very cosy

Lovely welcoming place in the heart of the shopping area of Liverpool. Always got the racing on and bookies across the road so job done for me. The beer is good too and a good selection of malts and other spirits.

Dropped into this pub for a couple of pints on a Saturady afternoon. It was a nice surprise good choice of beers and reasonably priced. No frills but very good place for a pint in a great location. Friendly welcoming staff and prompt service.

We really liked this pub! It appeals to a more mature clientele, and doesn't allow kids in or in the outside seating area. Drinks are good and appropriately priced for a city centre pub. Locals are friendly, as are the staff. Didn't stay at the hotel so unable to comment on it. Go on, give it try!!
