I've only just checked in - had to be moved away from music in bar in first (windowless cupboard of a room). Now in quiet one in basement. Feast your eyes on my panorama. This is the worst place I have stayed in the UK. And £82 for privilege!!

I asked for night 3rd Dec on late rooms but when the email came through it had booked for 28th Nov 16. I immediately called hotel to change the date and told manger not there to call late rooms. I did this as the website would not let me cancel or change dates. It took many phone calls and 3... More

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. It is considered new as this hotel is only 3 years old. I love the location of this hotel as it is only about 4 to 5 mins away from the train station - Liverpool Lime St station. Especially good for travellers going to Liverpool via Train. Nearby is where you can... More

On arrival, we thought great location. That was the last positive about our stay. Once the receptionist got off her phone we checked in to find a room with damaged tiles in bathroom, damaged and heavily stained carpet, furniture marked and damaged. Luckily I didn't look at the bed until the morning, the mattress was heavily stained which looked like... More

I mean nothing negative about this hotel. But would like to help you understand it!! Getting from your room back to the outside world is a bit of a maze!! You really have to take not of the route specially if you're on the lower floors. Then the rooms are called "PODS" (small) but don't let that put you off.... More

Stayed here with my children for one night in the basement family room. On entering the room there was an overpowering smell of very strong bleach. It didn't help that there was no window to air the room. On return from a short walk the smell had dispersed a little and was managable. The room was minimalistic and suitable for... More

Very disappointing for what I paid. The lower ground floor smelt of damp, there was bare concrete on the floor in the corridor waiting for it to be carpeted. There was loud dance music coming through my bedroom wall until 11.30 on both nights. Don't know where the free WiFi was because it definitely wasn't in my room. Wasn't advised... More

What a shame! Potentially a lovely hotel. It is centrally located. I had a basement room. Concrete hallway. No sound proofing, the worst night sleep ever. Noisy guests and music in other rooms. Rooms small. Newly refurbished but done on the cheap with unfinished and exposed plumbing. Building materials in the entry way. Don't think I will stay for breakfast.

Thank Cate M
