Although the room was shocking, I do have to say there was one really, really helpful woman who helped us and had great customer service. Unfortunately the room was a joke, you could barely move with no window. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned and we found a used tampon. The following morning I dropped something under the bed and found...

We stayed here for one night last weekend. We had a tiny ground floor room - which apparently means the basement. There were no windows but we were okay with that. Just after 8am in the morning the fire alarm sounded. We got up and went to the fire door which was hidden behind a curtain (we only knew where...

Cheap and cheerful as only stayed 1 night. Not far from liverpool 1 and walking distance to bars and shops. Rooms clean. Minimal but for the price cant grumble. We would consider using this hotel for future visits to liverpool.

Stayed here before upstairs. Great rooms, big, clean and nice decor. This weekend we have been banished to a basement room. Horrendous. Didn't replace towels, toilet roll, empty bins, we only had dirty cups and spoon, it was smelly, no windows and cost more than the travelodge which is much cleaner and nicer. Cards to open door always stopped working,...

Good and convenient location. The staff was friendly at check-in also at check-out time. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the room. Rooms need to be maintained better. Good place to stay for a couple of days in Liverpool.

Booked this hotel as there was a special offer on. It was great for the price of it. However I would not stay here again. The room was too cramped with no windows and the bathroom was tiny, you were practically in the shower when you were on the toilet. Room was not properly cleaned before arrival, it looked to...

Stayed at this hotel for one night this weekend. The room was tiny, dingy, dirty and all round awful. Bedding covered in sick was left in the corridor all night, poor customer service on complaint. Cupboard next door to our room was filthy and hazardous with hanging wires. Can not describe the customer service in poorer terms. Do not stay...

Partner went down to complain and the girl at reception said they had double booked and there were no other rooms available sorry. beds were so uncomfortable hardly slept all night. For the price I paid for this hotel its a joke. Had to go to the reception to ask for an iron. Got an iron with the buttons missing off it and it leaked water everywhere, oh and no ironing board. The air con unit didnt work. The wall in the corner had coke or something splashed all over it....
