Stayed here with group of friends for weekend break in Lincoln. This place was excellent. Small but lovely rooms, lively bar, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was outstanding and the service was second to none. Would stay here again and recommend to others -first class.

We visit family and friends in Lincoln several times a year and usually stay at one of the hotels on the Brayford (Hilton or Holiday Inn). Howver we wanted to stay at the cathedral end of Lincoln trying different pubs and restaurants. Therefore we chose the Tower Hotel. On arrival we parked in the public car park opposite which is... Visited the tower hotel with my mum. We had a twin room and paid £95 for one night. The room was very nice, clean, comfy and even had basic sky TV! I liked the style of the room and it was nice and warm when we entered. If I was basing my judgement on the room alone I would have... More

Had an overnight stay at the Tower Hotel. It is in a good location across from the castle. The room was comfortable and warm. Good sized bathroom, everything spotlessly clean. Great bar with friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely with freshly brewed tea. Would highly recommend.

Me and a party of around 8 other people recently attended a baby shower at The Tower Hotel. The layout of the room was fantastic and the staff there had gone to the trouble of putting out the balloons and confetti we had given them, which was lovely. We booked to all have afternoon tea which consisted of sandwiches, scones,... More

Although the food is slightly pricy, it's worth it. The food is so fresh and giving you perfect wine and dine. Reading and tasting some of the menu, you can tell the chef is very enthusiastic whilst keeping the traditionalism of flavours which compliment his precise presentation and walking away full and happy. We were so pleased with the meal... More

Would highly recommend staying here. Very easy to find with pay and display car park right opposite. Superb location nestling under the walls of the castle, literally round the corner from Lincoln cathedral and steep street. Received a warm welcome from the hotel team who although very busy with other guests and a very busy bar gave us all their... More

The Tower Hotel is in a great location in short walking distance of the Cathedral and the Castle. We had two rooms with one occupant in each and they were both comfortable and clean with everything we wanted. We are both veggies and breakfast was enjoyable. The bar was very busy on our return from the theatre on Friday evening... More

Friendly small hotel close to Castle and Cathedral. Needed an overnight midweek stay in Lincoln and returned to a hotel we have visited twice before. Room 2 was small but comfortable and clean. We ate in the restaurant and had an excellent dinner, food is well cooked and service good.

Thank Carol D
