I really enjoyed this hotel. I stayed for a short overnight for business and while a bit quirky (the reception in on the 3rd floor) the hotel had nice large rooms with large bathrooms and unique furnishings. Made for a really good stay. Coffee making facilities in the room with proper filter coffee (in a single serving cafetière). I was...

Very enjoyable visit, stayed here for 3 nights. Room 10 was lovely and very quiet as it's at the back of the hotel. Staff were very helpful especially the manager. I got the train so didn't have the car so it was perfect. Will certainly return. Thank you

I have stayed at most hotels in Leicester . This is probably the best . Most are truly awful , the Holiday Inn has the best facilities and will be my choice when it is refurbed (EASTER 2017). Maiyango has large well furnished rooms right in the city centre . Car park (NCP) is 100 metres away ,which is fine...

We stayed 1 night in February and the room was spotlessly clean and a great size. The room was quiet and warm and had all the necessities we needed including a mini fridge and bath. The Hotel bar was pricey but the service was great. On the Reception the Indian boy were really helpful and as I was unwell with...

I have specifically joined tripadvisor to write this review due to the extremely poor customer service my sister and I received whilst staying at this hotel. We had the misfortune to be staying in a room in which one of the bed -side lamp switch was broken which meant that the light was continuously on throughout the night. When we...

Drinks dreadful! Noise is dreadful! Washrooms dirty! The managers response is absolutely diabolical and responses are absolutely rubbish! Hotel and bar needs appropriate staff that understand the meaning of hospitality and quality!

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were friendly, great location if on a night out and room was lovely. You just felt with everything they really tried to excel (little things like high level of cleanliness, bath robes, magazines, 24 hour food) Tips: - we stayed in room 12, really big, well kitted (things like iron + ironing...

This used to be my favourite restaurant but it's gone down hill over the years the menu doesn't change much and it's kind of stuck in the same place, price has gone up which is shocking considering it's gone down hill. I've been there just for some cocktails with friends and the price is horrendous. We had non alcoholic cocktails...
