Although Mark & Phil have only taken over the guest house a few months ago they have already achieved a high standard. Extremely welcoming from the very beginning to the very last moment of our groups stay. Without question the breakfast quality and choice is second to none AND it is served with marvellous banter making you feel more part...

Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our short break with Phil and Mark. They were very attentive, accommodating and informative and we felt as though we were staying among friends. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a very relaxed, tastefully-homely and welcoming atmosphere. It is also conveniently situated for Blackpool North Rail Station, the beach, North Pier, Blackpool Tower and...

The hotel has new owners with the old owners now running Peek a Booz a few minutes away. They were friendly and...

This must be the third or forth time ive stayed at The Edenfield with my partner. I was surprised to see that it has new owners, but they are just as lovely as the previous ones. Very welcoming and friendly. Reasonably priced great bedrooms, clean and good facilities. The double glazing worked really well blocking out the noise outside. I...

A huge thanks to Phil and Mark who were fantastic hosts, super friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble!
