Once again the proprietors Phil and Elaine made us very welcome, we always feel at home here, this is our 3rd year and, going again later in the year. The breakfasts are fantastic but dont say I could of done with another sausage, because next day you will get 3or 4 extra. The £10 evening meal,(starter, main course which is...

We stopped here as a group of 18 adults of middle age to seniors. Hotel not too bad as far as cleanliness. Breakfast ok, you can ask for what you would like instead of just being given the bog standard full English. The evening meals werent the best but edible. The hotel its self is quite far out leaving you...

Thank you for your recent review. We always welcome all constructive comments, either good or otherwise, and use them as a way to improve, however I find very little within your comments that are useful or constructive. As you state you came in a group, one that had been arranged by your organiser, who had visited us several weeks prior....

Brilliant place to stay if you like the quieter end of Blackpool. The host, Phil is genial and always accommodating. The breakfasts are always a highlight, the service is second to none. Bar prices reasonable. Rooms are good and adequate. Very good value for money. We will be back next year.

Fantastic hotel to stay in if visiting this area. We stayed for 3 nights and we had a fantastic time in Blackpool - and the location off this hotel meant all we had to do was hop on and off the tram (a tram stop is very closeby) to get to all entertainment. Free on-street parking, views of the lights,...

Perfect, great value, two night September stay to see the illuminations and tower. Really friendly/obliging/warm hosts. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast runs like a swiss watch. Being delivered in a blink, perfectly presented and generous proportions. Black pudding with breakfast on Sunday totally made my day. The property is located close to a Tram stop and for walkers it's easy to...

Budget hotel Excellent location and value for money, very nice and clean, Phils breakfasts are to die for, but beware don't say your hungry (jokingly) because you will get more the next morning. !!! Evening meal £10 per head, plates loaded 4 courses, if you want more just ask. Phil will oblige.

Lovely two night break in Blackpool to dance in the Tower and watch 'Dirty Dancing' at the Winter Gardens theatre. Enjoyed our stay at Moorings B & B in Gynn Square. Parking free, immediately outside the hotel. Big plus. Very helpful, and extremely friendly host, Phil, took cases up to our room on the 1st floor. Upgraded to a family...
