My partner and I looked at the reviews and were really looking forward to staying at this hotel. However, on arrival we were shown to room 5 (which does not appear on their website) and found that it was very dirty. The first thing that hit us was the headboard on the bed, it was a pale blue velour which...

This couple arrived in a foul mood and straight away informed me that they had booked the wrong end of town as they wished to be near the pubs and clubs. They were rude and abusive towards me and I informed them that they could leave. This is an extremely innacurate revue and I just ask everyone to look at...

Bedroom was spacious with decent sized en-suite. Public areas were all clean. Seating at the front for the rare day when the sun is shining,...

Our stay was made great with fantastic food, excellent accommodation and the host was very welcoming. This was a top holiday for our first stay within Blackpool and having young children there was so much to do. I would like to thank our host for our stay and hope to re book in the near future.
