After being let down by a hotel I rung this hotel the day before was told our room was reserved and to just turn to on the Saturday. We drove from Liverpool to be greeted with an empty hotel with a notice saying we couldn't stay there no explanation nothing! It was 2pm and we then had to find another...

We arrived on a rainy night and were glad to be welcomed into the warm comfort of the King Edward Hotel. Our room was clean, smallish but good value for the amount we were paying. We Unexpectantly stayed at the The king Edward Hotel . We were staying at the stretton hotel and it was a dump! So at 11:30 at night we walked to the king Edward hotel and the staff were lovely ,welcoming .Really first class . The beds and pillows were so comfortable !My kids loved the bunk beds . We will...

This was my second time staying here,first was 11 years ago-different owners- and i must say,Keith and Angelas welcome was warm and friendly-as was the hotel. clean and comfortable rooms,everything working,no problems at all. excellent breakfast,superb bar[that we didnt use-but shouldve!!] and excellent lounge area. i had a great weekend there with my old mates,very comfortable-no problems at all. brilliant....

You are made to feel welcome at this place from the moment you walk in the door. The rooms are very dated but clean and spacious with good facilities. This place would be ideal for families, couple and even groups on a 'party weekend' - as long as you're sensible. The breakfast in the morning was freshly made and nothing...

Beautiful house and quaint rooms, qll decorated to a high standard, all different with a bit of character! Stayed for 2 nights and what a lovely time we had. Angela and Keith were very welcoming They offered us drinks on arrival which was nice. They were helpful and told us a few things to do in Blackpool,directions and offers etc....

An extremely friendly and welcoming hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The owner was extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, she was happy to help with anything I needed. It was absolutely wonderful. I recommend to all!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly owner and her dog. We were shown to our room which was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a quiet and peaceful sleep and then breakfast, which was perfectly cooked to order.

My husband and I attended a weekend conference in Norbeck and did not want to stay at the large somewhat dreary conference contre so opted for this recommended nearby guest house.
