Located in the heart of Blackpool, the renovated New Osterley Hotel has emerged as cleaner, more comfortable whilst retaining its relaxing charm. As a family run hotel, we offer professional but friendly service: wholesome food to bar with entertainment. With Winter Gardens next door and a myriad of entertainment - shopping center, Tower, Promenade and Piers - a few minutes away, you will be perfectly placed. Trams, railway station and Talbot bus station are close by with taxis available.
Yep cheap as chips but seriously don't bother never stayed there dropped our bags off then went hotel hunting it was discusting room was filthy and our friends room next door also the same as we walked down the stairs I thought I was gonna be sick the smell was horrendous and that's bad as I am a domestic for our local hospital takes a lot for me to feel sick the owners should be ashamed in this day and age ! My advice avoid this place

Just had a long weekend in Blackpool and stayed at the new osterley hotel. On arrival our welcoming was warm and felt at ease straight away. Sarah who manages to run the hotel take bookings cook breakfast and also be at the bar when ever we needed a drink I take my hat off too. She is a people person and good at her job. She really could not help us enough. The breakfasts was filling and very nice. The hotel was clean threw out and beds was very comfy. The location is ideal for Tower access Central pier and coral Island all with in 5 mins walk. Good value for money and would stay here again. Like I said it was mainly Sarah who made our experience in the hotel very friendly and Brill for kids with a piano and pool table. Can't really find any negatives sorry.

We booked 2 rooms for one night, one room was satisfactory the other was discusting dirty sheets in a pile on the bed,bed had stains on ceiling had dirty big brown circles on it spit in the sink pee in the toilet!!! Offered another room that one hadn't been cleaned either so eventually 30 mins later offered a 3rd room which was okish apart from the dried on bogie on the wall 🤮. One of my children awoke with a bite on her and we were awake half the night because there were other people wondering around at 2.30am talking very loudly in passage ways. The parking at the rear was a discusting narrow passage way that entered into patio doors where I nearly slipped on some slimy stuff by the bk door. And when we complained we were told oh well all I can do is apologize, no offer of…

When checked in had a dispute as I paid through PayPal. Charged me 20.00 extra for my dog. The windows and all glass could do with a very good clean. Smells musty and the carpets worn. Dangerous lift never works. How they have license to open during this outbreak. I will never know. Our room, broken toilet seat, shower pipe repaired with gaffa tape. Window sill disgusting, skirting never seen a duster. It was hell. Only there 2 nights and the cheeky buggers wanted my bank details for any damages. We are both in our late 60s, wat damage would we do. I would like to do some damage. I would like to close it down. Only one good thing about this disgusting filthy hotel the weekend lady receptionist very very nice. Have informed the council and sent pics.

This "hotel" would be better called the New Osterley HOVEL. On arrival I was a bit disappointed at the state of the decor and carpets. However, this was nothing to what I felt when I saw the room allocated to my daughter and family. My room was desperately in need of decoration and the furniture was old and tatty, but their room was on a different level entirely. There was a large damp stain on the ceiling and another large stain on the bed. There was no way we could stay and the chap on reception when shown the photos said "Oh my God" and promised a full refund. He stated the the money would be back in her account within 3 days but over a week later still nothing has been received. The room was not fit for purpose and bore no resemblance to the photos of the rooms on the…

Was due to stay here with my partner for a weekend away, however received a phone call half way through our journey to advise we would be moved to their 'sister hotel' due to a faulty boiler. The alternative hotel (Pleasure Hotel by the Beach) was an absolute disgrace - unfortunately, I am unable to comment on this particular hotel as we didn't get chance to stay there, but would just like to pre-warn others that booking with this hotel may result in you being transferred to a disgusting shelter, miles away from the centre, which wouldn't be fit for an animal!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in it's filthy and should not be allowed on any booking site. The only good point is the lady receptionist who was very friendly which is why I have rated it 1. Would not recommend to anyone
