We return here every year with a large group of adults some with disabilities, this is where the owners lynn and merv come into play not only are they friendly and helpful they are understanding and compassionate and will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, if you want 1st class rooms and service and an amazing breakfast... More

Was lovely, spotless, great breakfast. Lynne and Merv looked after us . First time my granddaughter was ever to Blackpool. She certainly enjoyed herself. Not far from promenade or shops. Good location . Car park at end of street £13 for 48hrs parking .

I went for a Friday to Monday stay and what a great time we had lynn and merv were absolutely amazing. There were 11 of us and since i enjoyed myself so much (plus the breakfast is delicious) I'm going back with my partner this month

Stayed Sat evening. Parking isn't a problem as it's next to a pay & display car park that cost £10 for 24hrs. The place was ok. The people were friendly and breakfast great. The room was clean and tho it had tea & coffee in the room there was no kettle. The shower was poor. Water trickled out. But it's... More

Very friendly, personal service and room was spotless. Unfortunately did not sample the breakfast as had rather a late night but convenient spot and would recommend to other travellers. Very handy for Blackpool football club if so required.

a 20 minute walk from the opera house, 5 from the front. Double room was just right as we only stayed one night. En - suite was included and the whole room was very clean. Stayed overnight in a triple rooms with my mum and grandma whilst we were in Blackpool to see Cats at the Winter Gardens. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room on the top floor of the hotel. Booked a room for 5 lads turned out to be 2 doubles and a single not ideal they changed it to 2 rooms The room was not ensuit toilet end of corridor no sink so had to go to the bedroom to wash hands ? The couple who run it were great the breakfast was good and ideal for football... More
