Stayed here for a hen weekend, very clean, extremely friendly, breakfast was very good lots of choice & full English was quick & hot, close to the front, would definitely stay here again, hospitality second to none

Spent a lovely couple of days at this hotel, we were greeted by the owner Hazel upon arrival. We were made to feel very welcome. She made us a well needed cup of coffee on arrival and we enjoyed a friendly chat with her. Our room was spotless and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked beautiful and plenty of it...

We arrived very late after informing them and had no problem to check in. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Gave all the information needed. The breakfast was great and gave energy to start the day. The stay could have Excellent if the room was bit more specious. But no negative feelings.

Me and my wife stayed here for one night with our 2 children to go and see the illuminations, The owner was welcoming and friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy our room had a good sized double bed and bunk beds for the kids plenty of space for clothes the toilet and shower are in a tight space...

it was a weekend meet up with friends hotel was close to the sea front tram and bus stops. my room was up few flights of stairs so if you a bit dodgy on legs not practical. room had all you need for a few nights stay ,clean towels few toiletries .shower was good , got the kettle tv hair...

The owners are lovely, friendly and nothing is too much hassle for them. They were great with the kids too! Our room was a great size for a bed and breakfast room and had everything you needed, including a TV and hairdryer. The rooms were spotless!!!
