Booked Seaview twin room for 3 nights and was a bit worried after reading recent reviews. Check in was very quick and we were allocated room 363 and given directions to the room. The room was quite big and had 2 large windows with fantastic views. The carpets were grubby and the wallpaper peeling in places but it is a...

First of all , do not believe the facilities quoted on the Britannia Hotels website. This hotel has NO rooms with a telephone , there is NO Premier Dining and if you order one of the extras eg bowl of fruit , it will not be there and when you ask at reception they will tell you they haven't got...

I was staying at this hotel on from 27th - 29th August 2015. I had been staying here while travelling from Scotland. The first evening there was faeces on the floor of the toilet. I reported this immediately however was told at the reception that there was nothing they could do as duty manager had gone home and to report...

Booked this place via booking.com as we needed somewhere to stay on the night. Only charged us £38 for two people which we thought was cheap enough so went ahead and booked it. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right next to the town centre and right next to the sea, also has a car park for £3.00...

Since I last stayed in 2009, this place has crumbled even more without the parent company caring about it at all. Upon arrival, the staff were pleasant and friendly. That's the positive aspect. The room had torn and peeling woodchip wallpaper. The carpet was old, stained, sticky and smelly. The bed was made with clean linen I think. Shower dribbled...

This hotel caters for the more mature age group. Good value for what we paid. We didn't have any expectations or high hopes when we arrived due the reviews on this site being mixed and varied. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The bulding is old but fascinating in that there are so many corridors and rooms - everyone was...

We didn't have high hopes because of previous reviews. However the location was excellent, on the sea front near the North Pier and near Blackpool tower. Our double room was clean and the bedding white and clean. The shower was good and there was tea and coffee It was a basic room though.. It was at the back of the...

This place is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the town centre. Parking is available for a small charge which I thought was reasonable. The room I stayed in was dated and basic but for the price you pay it's better value than most of the small b&bs in Blackpool. The room was cleaned to good standards...

Stayed here for 2 nights from the 18th March and couldn't have been dreading it more with all the negative reviews. First impressions could have been better but the staff were friendly and the place looked well decorated. When getting to our room (room 188) we were greeted with a leaking ceiling right outside the door. One of the lights...
