spent 3 nights here - can't fault it for the money. clean, good breakfast, easy to find, close to everything you need, friendly management, no problems at all. blackpool beach nearly - blackpool north station, blackpool tower, all close by and within walking distance

One night stay, hotel is located in a ideal place, a 15 minute walk to the night life area, and about the same to the nearest train station-Blackpool north, parking is on the street outside, but in a well Lit area.

We booked a family room, room was ok, fresh sheets and towels and plenty of tea and coffee making stuff. Owners also pleasant and friendly, but thats where the good points ended for us.
