What can I say the reviews on here are strangely mixed and can't all be real. Filthy hotel with food on bathroom floor All wallpaper peeling off and mouldy Bathroom smelt shower curtain was filthy and we did not even want to clean teeth in the sink! Single room stank of smoke which they later denied and mattress was just...

Cancelled 3 rooms from the group booking due to bad reviews. Really friendly staff. Room was dated but clean. Nice full English breakfast. Let down by dirty breakfast area and cutlery etc not best of areas, bit of a shabby exterior. Plenty of tea in the room but had to clean kettle first

Booked into this cold, dark, dirty, falling to bits, rotting, stinking building for one night. Was given the keys by a friendly chap to our room, opened the door and wow do places still exist. After 10 mins said friendly chap reappeared and said we had to move rooms as his handyman or some such person had removed the handle...

The member of staff who greeted me at the reception was polite, helpful & gave me some phone numbers for some taxi services. The hotel looked like it needed some TLC, cracks along the ceiling in my room. The bathroom was clean, but there wasn't a charge socket for my shaver. Bed was comfortable, it was a bit noisy with the...

The dining area well, my cutlery was dirty as was the place mat as seen in mat. Floor was dirty as well as the cereal disperser.. kettle in room dusty. Bedside cabinet...

There isn't enough room here to describe what was wrong with this 'hotel'. It was dirty, cold, ill-equipped, dingy. In fact, I've stayed in better hostels. The hot water system is faulty, so one could be mid-shower when the water turned ice cold. We booked 2 rooms, both of which were constantly cold - in December, this isn't good. The...

First checked in by the most miserable man ever. Not a smile have a nice stay nothing. Gets to our room (19) damp patches all over the wall, stunk of damp windows don't open and the room was freezing. There was a radiator which didn't work. Only thing that was good way the bed was very comfortable. Sheets hadn't been...
