Hotel was very clean and comfortable, Sue and staff friendly. Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. Tram stop just across the road, just under 10 minutes from North Pier. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

We stayed here last year and was impressed with the hotel and its location, so we booked to stay again. We had two sea views rooms and they were clean and comfortable. The staff were just as friendly and the buffet breakfast sets you up for the day. A great hotel and will return again.
