Our Superior Family room was a good size, with bunk beds for the kids ( they are quite small in length, so for older or taller children this could be a problem) in a separate area of the room so lots of privacy, and a large queen...

We visited last night with two toddlers and a new born baby for a family meal for my mums 60th birthday and were very impressed with how child friendly the restaurant was. My little girl got a bit over excited and noisy at times but the staff weren't at all phased by this and couldn't do enough for us. The...

Had an overnight stay here and couldn't fault it at all. It was a clean and comfy hotel right at the pleasure beach, which we loved! The breakfast was varied and tasty as well. It's a bit of a walk to the main prom area but you don't go to Blackpool without knowing walking will be involved. The staff were...

(room 424) lovely room with only one downside.. the bed was very hard and uncomfortable (maybe time for some new mattresses) maybe time to think about the layout as double room backs onto family room and to me would make sence to have...

This is my second visit to this hotel and once again couldn't fault it, we stayed in a deluxe double room which was spotless on arrival. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. We had booked a deal where our evening meal was inclusive. Will definitely stay again

Stayed for one night with husband and 2 yr old daughter- hotel perfect. We all loved it. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk, biscuits and water in room. Lots of towels and toiletries. Huge tv and really comfortable rooms. Bed was enormous. Breakfast was brilliant and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked to stay again before we left.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but it most certainly will not be the last. The Deluxe Double Room was faultless and was worth paying extra for. Although it states that there could be an occasional delay at breakfast we went at different times during our stay and never experienced a delay. The staff in...
