Had a lovely time, fantastic food, very clean and lovely host's. First time stopping in a BnB normally a premier inn regular. What a pleasant surprise. Value for money is excellent, particularly as the food was delicious. Would recommend highly to anyone.

We visited this bed and breakfast last weekend the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was fantastic the owners Mel and Suzanne were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them me and my family would definitely go back again

Just returned from an overnight stay for the illuminations. Warm welcome from Sue and Mel, thankyou very much for letting us in our rooms early. Private parking was available for a charge of £5.00 for the night which was secure. Very close to the tower and other attractions. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds, ensuite included. Had a lovely time...

Just got back from having a couple of days away in Blackpool and we stayed at the Rosedene and straight away we were made very welcome Suzanne & Mel were absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble the room was just perfect for us lovely clean rooms en suite and the breakfast was just superb lovely and hot would definitely...

family run guest house holds appx 17 people , Meals are superb all home made, most rooms en suite, Hosts are brilliant and appx 25yds from H n A CLUB artist on every night.. nice and quiet but hosts will keep bar open whilst eveyou drinking

just come back from a weekend in BLACKPOOL we stayed at THE ROSEDENE what a lovely homely place to stay MEL& SUE run a great family hotel, the food is excellent the bedroom we stayed in was perfect we will definitely come back to this well run and excellent hotel.

We stayed as a group on nine over thespringbank holiday weekend .from arriving Mel made us all welcome remembering everybody's name all the time the rooms are clean the food good what more do you want inblackpool where there is so many grotty b and b places we will deffinetly stay here next time in blackpool

Stayed at the Rosedene last week and loved it. As all the other reviews had recommended the food w decided to book full board and so glad we did as the food was delicious. The hotel is lovely and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Mel and Sue the owners made us feel so welcome we've already booked to...

I had a two night stay at The Rosedene with Suzanne and Melv. I was im room 1 which was a lovely room with a comfortable bed. Both meals were excellent. Would highly recommend and will be returning again.
