I made sure that there was private parking with CCTV which there was... So I was happy that my new car was going to be safe. I was blocking...

The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, our room was perfect for what we needed it for, it was clean and tidy and had reasonable parking. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to be in the centre of the promenade as it was only a 5 minute walk.

Myself, partner, daughter and my mum stayed here from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th, we booked through bookings.com and didn't check reviews until after booking, upon looking we were a lil put off by the reviews, however these reviews couldn't of been any further than the truth, the owners were lovely and very accommodating, no bother, fresh clean rooms, towels...

That was the WORST hotel we have ever seen in our lifes. The first thing is that the owner had never cleaned our room, changed towels or given to us toilet paper. He even had problems to give it when we had asked because he was so greedy! Rooms are very small and all fashioned and don't smell quite good...

Rude owner. Owners loud screaming grandchildren running wild in the corridors. Old fashioned ugly decor. Musty, damp smell. Uncomfortable bed - could feel springs! None of the plug sockets were in working order. There was a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee etc. No card machine available to take payment - cash only! We booked two nights for...

My partner and I stayed here last July 2014. Very dated but good value for money and the family that run it where very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Short walk to the town and North pier. Would definitely stay here again if on a budget.
