This is a 5* guest house and has achivevd trip advisor excellence for the past two years. This is the best guest house I have ever stayed in. Unlike most of the hotels along this street, the owners stripped away tacky paintwork so that the orginal redstone is now visible; it looks great. Our room was spatious, clean and tidy....

Stayed the September Glasgow Weekend at the Redstones Ursula was so helpful when we could not find it. The rooms are spotless and the ensuite wonderful. This hotel is done to a high standard. The breakfast made by Ursula's fair hands was superb and the two young girls who served us were lovely. We had a drink in the bar...

My fiancé and I stayed in Redstone to celebrate our engagement and it was brilliant. We arrived late at night but still were greeted by the owner, the room was brilliant and they put in a massive bunch of roses for us (on the occasion) free of charge! I must say, were really impressed with the standard of the place...
