We stayed here on a cold January weekend but recieved a warm welcome. The owners of this establishment couldn't do enough for us from ordering taxis to getting our breakfast ready at a specific time. The place itself is old fashioned which is quite standard in Blackpool with basic but adequate ammeneties . The location is great just a few...

Spotlessly clean. Its is dated but they are decorating the rooms up gradually. Our room was very warm. Owners very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Was allowed to park there all day even though we had vacated our rooms. Towels nice and soft and they left soap, shower gel, shampoo and tissues in the room. Also had tea and coffee...

I have been here recently with another family of 3 so a total of 3 adults & 1 child, we booked at short notice, didn't know what to expect, we were very surprised with the rooms, both rooms very nice & plenty of space. Nothing was to much trouble for them & they dealt with any problems straight away. We...

My colleague and i stayed here Friday night. After booking then reading the reviews we were a little concerned. On arrival we managed to both park at the B&Bs parking (first come first serve bases) which was great as there wasn't anywhere to park close by for free. Owners were friendly and informative. Yes the place was a littel dated...

This place is out of date smelly and dirty . I knocked and got a room on a bank holiday after being let down by their neighbours and now I know why they had space and no customers avoid this place unless you are desperate like I was but them again it would have been better to go home
