Excellent Hotel,Excellent Staff,Brillient and very helpful no complaints, i never sleep well so that is why i put average nothing to do with the hotel. i would recommend this hotel to other people,they cut the food up for me because i cannot use a knife.

17 of us stayed at the bond carers weekend for the fourth year running, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms had everything we needed and even though we didn't have a mirror in our room we went to reception and reported this and immediately one was fixed to the bedroom wall, now that's what I call service!!...

The BN naturist weekend was held again at the Bond, which is a comfortable hotel, not luxury but with everything you need, just behind the seafront near Blackpool's South pier. The Bond is used to catering for people with special needs/disabilities and their carers so the rooms are equipped appropriately, though it doesn't take much effort to move the seat...

My father had booked to go to this hotel with my disabled mother. Unfortunately she passed away before they went. The hotel refused to refund his £200 deposit saying it was non-refundable... hardly a good way to handle such a tragic loss!

What can i say i have been going to the bond for the past 5 years and hope to continue to go for many years to come .The hotel staff are friendly and helpfull there is nothing they wont do to help you and if your a carer as i am you need all the help you can get when...

There were thirteen of us at the BOND HOTEL. This was our third time at the BOND. We all loved it very, very much. The three days spent there were fabulous. All the service users and carers loved it. The Bond Hotel in Blackpool. Three carers two Service users. How dated is this hotel?? The bedrooms not big enough for a wheelchair to move around freely. The bathrooms dirty and a total disgrace. Bed with sides not working properly. The hoist we were offered was manual and most definitely obsolete. We spent all of 30mins in this hotel and...

It was our first trip to the Bond hotel on the 19th-23rd November. From the moment we arrived the staff could'nt do enough for us.
