We stayed for two nights in the hotel which was very cheep and cheerful and you got what you paid for. The staff were very very very nice, especially John who seemed to work 24 hrs per day. For the price i cannot knock it, if you want 5 star dont come here but come here if you want a...

Stayed here for a weekend that was booked through a groupon deal. Having read some mixed reviews we were both a bit apprehensive as to what to expect. Though this soon disappeared on check-in. We got parked right infront of the building in one of the car park spaces available (there's only a few but still, helpful), and made our...

People come to Blackpool with different things in their heads, and sometimes their aspirations far outstrip their experience. If you want a clean, tidy, friendly family-run hotel where you can sleep well, awake to a good breakfast and then catch the tram to the action, then Long Eaton will deliver that. They have a bar too, so that you can...

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location - close to the action yet not amongst it. The hotel was clean for the most part - I wouldn't say spotless however. The room is cosy and the small television is sufficient. Staff are very friendly and polite. Overall, I think the hotel is good value. If...

Lovely welcome Rooms basic but clean and all you need for a base. Meals nice and excellent value. Nice friendly staff that more than welcomed us with our dog and made arrangements so she could sit with us for meals. Handy for lovely walks or cycling on north side. Blackpool revamped and a lovely clean tidy place, no rubbish on...

We booked this hotel for a 2 night break through groupon. When I phoned I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a superior room for an extra £15 per night which would also include a bottle of wine. So I agreed paying this amount on arrival. There was nothing superior about it. We were over the bar so...

Im sorry you thought the windows were dirty but being so close to the sea this is one of the downfalls in winter, the loud music was not coming from our bar it was the hotel next door, as for the evening dinner if you check with Groupon the deal is only 1 night, and your wine was at the...

My boyfriend had booked this hotel as a surprise weekend away 14th - 16th Feb 2014. Prior to our visit the hotel had phoned him and apologised as they had double booked our room, so they offered him an upgrade for free and knocked money off his bill, so he thought brilliant! As the weather had been so bad we...

“We can only judge room 20. It's OK for a short stay. Slept well - no noise problems.”

“Try the premium room upgrade that was available to move to a four poster bed, flat screen TV and bottle of wine for a small fee! worth a pop if you can do it. If you want to explore Blackpool, try the Blackpool Resort Pass. It covers a lot of the good attractions, including the pleasure beach, tower, and Tussads and is incredibly good value. To get around get an all day tram pass. Trams make moving around Blackpool easy.”
