We stayed here last year and although room was small we enjoyed stay. This year room was smaller and very hot no air circulating. Bit disappointed on arrival that bar was not open as it had been previous year but on departure day bar was open to new bus load. Staff are friendly but we won't be making a third...

Food poor more cleaning needed went on a coach trip pick up was a disaster with people trying to get off. coach and people getting on at same time needs to be a better way to get this done entertainment was not up to much

Just back from a 4 day stay at this hotel and had a fab time traveled through blackpool promotions .the staff were great. The young barman was funny with his banter. Room was very spacious and well equipped . Food was good although felt a little rushed but only because we had the early sitting for supper . Would defo...

just back from a four day break at the royal alexandra hotel blackpool. good first impressions from minute got off coach outside very nice reception area and restaurant area spotless. very clean rooms and friendly staff breakfast very good evening meals excellent cant fault it at alll. i will be certainly booking to go again. keep up the good work.

Just spent 5 days at the Royal Alexander hotel.. nice midweek break with our friends.. Food is lovely always served hot always tastes nice.. staff are lovely. The brochure is very miss leading... our room was tiny, we had hardly any room to move around the bed, no wardrobe just a rail under a shelf.. bathroom is tiny, we've had...

My mum her 2 sisters and brother in law all visited for 5 days through Blackpool promotions and we're delighted with the whole package from the coach down to their stay .Food was plentiful and tasty and service was great .Rooms were basic and clean staff polite and friendly .They can't wait to return through another great deal .Well done...

Lovely hotel , bedrooms were spotless and toilet was lovely , stayed in the family room with double bed and bunks , fresh bedding , towels were made for us everyday , bin emptied and fresh tea and milk , entertainment was brilliant too, breakfast and dinner was good although there wasn't a great option of choices , wee girl...

2nd time here and LOVED it!! Great entertainment and staff. Delicious food and plenty of choice! Get what you pay for and more!! Stayed on 3rd floor, plenty of space and very clean. Elevator a tad smelly but bearable. Such a lovely place!! Can't wait to come back in a few weeks!!

My husband and I took our son, daughter in law and grandson to Blackpool for a bank holiday weekend break. The only disappointment on this weekend was the Royal Alexander hotel.
