Excellent location, spotlessly clean, warm friendly host, great breakfast, brilliant value for money. Head and shoulders above any other B&B I've ever stayed at in Blackpool. Would definitely return, and would definitely recommend. Thanks Maxine and Billy! :-)

Really enjoyed our stay at the withheld hotel. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfasts are amazing. 2 minute walk from the pleasure beach. Parking is available to the rear of the hotel or out the front. Would come here again in an instant.

We booked 3 rooms to accommodate all the family. All the rooms were very well equipped and clean. Looked recently refurbished to a good standard. Hosts were great, went out of their way to accommodate our children's dietary needs at breakfast and were most welcoming. Great...

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Withnell, lovely staff, didn't bother you at all, done everything we asked, very helpful with all enquiries (parking, local takeaways) even filled the babies bottle up with juice numerous times for free, rooms were lovely, clean and modern, breakfast was lovely, loads of fresh orange juice and toast, lots of choice, really couldn't fault...

This place you cannot fault, staff were very helpful especially with the car park and complementary breakfast. Clean bedding daily with fresh towels. Locations are fantastic, south pier. Pleasure beach and fantastic restaurants near by. Definitely worth its value and will be visiting again.
