We would highly recommend this hotel it basic but was a nice clean room,we had a lovely breakfast you helped yourself to cereal and toast and was then served with a lovely tasty full english breakfast by friendly staff. The hotel is convieniently placed between the tower and the fun fair.

Quick one night stay and I can't fault it, good service and a good location. Room was small but clean and had everything you need. Think we've found our go to B&B in Blackpool if I'm honest! Great breakfast as well! Highly recommended.

Lovely room. Fantastic breakfast- cooked breakfast, cereals, toast with butter or jam and juices are apple, orange and blackcurrant. Checked in late 10pm due to work, not a problem. Handy car park at rear. Comfy bed. Me and hubby had a wonderful break together. Got issued a key to main door so can come and go all day and night....

Excellent location, excellent price, excellent service and excellent staff. Really close to the pleasure beach/south end, very cheap priced considering it included breakfast and the hotel was modern. Breakfast served 9-11; probably not ideal if people want to be out early but I was quite happy to eat at 9. Fast and tasty breakfast, check in extremely quick. Staff very...

Location quite good. Recently refurbished so reasonably clean. Not flexible with breakfast service. Locked out of dining room until 9am, not very good when you need to be out and about early!! Staff willing but not very well trained in table service. Mattress appalling, springs sticking up all over!! Shower mixer stuck on very hot! Charge for use of car...

Arrived at the hotel and given our room keys. The room was at the top of the hotel as we requested a family room. No lift and had my parents with me along with my husband and son. There where approx. 6 flights of stairs to the room and my parents have mobility problems and really struggled with getting to...

Great B&B - Welcomed by owner, parking at rear for just £5 a night - really useful. Our 'Family' room fitted us all in - 5 people (2 adults & three big children!). Smart, clean room with a lovely brand new en-suite (shower & loo), super flat screen telly to keep everyone entertained & free wi-fi. The room had fab...

Best sing about the hotel apart from friendly staff and nice clean room was that fact that it's five minutes from blackpool south station. This is the quiet station where the train starts off before the "cattle herding" when it reaches central and blackpool north. I have booked to return to the hotel next year

Me and my family loved this hotel, really friendly owner, amazing food, beds are really comfy and rooms are well equipped and clean, can't wait to go again. The location is perfect for the piers and it's a 1 minute walk to the promenade. flat screen TV and great WiFi. Beautifully decorated. Really enjoy this hotel every time we visit

We came here for a family stay whilst visiting Blackpool. The room was cosy and had everything that we needed and the staff were kind, friendly and we're always around to help out. We couldn't have had a better stay. Would definitely recommend!
