We stayed there on the 30th of September for two nights, the outside of the hotel does not do the inside justice, at first sight we didn't know what to expect, but once inside we were pleasantly surprised, it is very modern in the reception and dining areas and has recently been renovated by the looks of it. The owner...

Stayed Friday to Monday to see the lights. Checked in very late on the Friday - the manager was very kind, excellent and very helpful. He even kept the bar open until we'd unpacked. The room was clean and tidy. Big enough for me, my partner and the baby. We took our own travel cot for the baby. Breakfast every...

Hi, Thank you so much for taking time to review the hotel as, so often our customers say how much they've enjoyed their stay with us but, unfortunately don't write a review for all to see. It was a pleasure having you stay with us and we're happy to know that we contributed to a memorable first holiday for Harry....

Booked 2 night stay. Very disappointed with what was meant to be a family room as smaller than our bathroom at home! Every single door had a locked keypad so you had only had access to stairs and your room. Never anyone around to help. Don't take any notice of the fact it states 2 licensed bars as we NEVER...

Thank you for your comments and the originality in the title. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. There is always someone around and I explained to your husband that we may not always hear the bell as we maybe elsewhere in the building and suggested to ring the hotel number as this will come directly through to...

Stayed in a family room for two nights with a group of friends. Reminded me more of a hostel than a hotel. My suggestion would be to provide a free continental breakfast, everything which was out was fine (toaster slightly annoying as u had to feed the toast through twice). Then charge for a cooked breakfast and use higher quality...

Thank you for your review. I'm sure as part of a party of five girls camped out in a family room for two days, late nights drinking and coming down for breakfast in pj's and going back to bed it did somewhat seem like a hostel! I'm sorry that the rotary toaster annoyed you however, when the settings are tampered...

We stayed 2 nights here, Friday and Saturday, in a double room. The manager who greeted us was very friendly and helpful, the reception rooms are clean and tidy, the bedroom was basic and older in comparison to the downstairs rooms, there's no bedside lamps, just a harsh, bright, main light which constantly buzzed, not too good for unwinding and...

Thank you for your review and suggestions regarding your room. I am sorry to hear that breakfast didn't go too smoothly and apologise. On the day in question we...

Booked this room as a last minute deal on a Saturday night to view the illuminations. On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and from photos of the hotel online were optimistic about our room. Well we were hugely disappointed, it was nothing short of disgusting! A double bed which should be in a skip, huge hole in...

Hi, I am sorry to learn that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I have reviewed the issues that you raised and can only apologise for the small tear in the headboard fabric and hole in the fabric to the side of the bed. We have replaced the kettle/missing remote and the window ledges tend to get dusty when...

On arrival I was very optimistic. The public areas where clean and nicely done, although early for check-in the manager let us park up and use facilities before we headed off to pass some time. When we finally checked in we were very disapointed with our room. The beds had no mattress or pillow protectors and you could feel every...

Stayed this weekend with my family and what a lovely hotel. We inquired before arrival about parking and was informed that we could reserve a space for just £5. Bargain in central Blackpool. Arrived at the hotel and parked up, didn't look much out front but never judge a book by its cover. Inside looks newly re-furnished and spotlessly clean....

Stayed here over night in a family room, very polite staff, excellent location, will visit again. Breakfast served on time, nice TV seating area, there is alcohol served on request, rooms are clean and cosy.
