Just come back from a weekend break, the hotel was lovely. We had a small room but this is what we asked and paid for, tea and coffee in the room and also fresh clean towels everyday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. I will always stay here from now on when I...

The Chimes was a basic hotel which catered for all our needs. We were greeted with a warm welcome and showed to our room. The down side was there wasn't a bar in the hotel and you had to pay extra for breakfast. They were really good as we have a son with autism and would only eat warm weetabix...

Stayed here for 2 nights with my partner, paid for a double room, stayed in a box room smaller than my bathroom at home. Other than that, the location is great, staff were friendly and we didn't feel the need to complain about the room as we spent so much time exploring outside.
