Been staying here for years never had a problem till this point. Receptionist (grey hair glasses)is rude arrogant and has no customer service skills and is completely unprofessional towards customers and staff. On a nighttime the heating in the bar is unbearable the bar man...More

Firstly, all "returning" guests know Maureen (that receptionist), who has been with us for 15+ years, by name. All the other guests were happy with "Mozza". Children, with families, are allowed in the bar (until 93.0 to 10 pm) because we are a family hotel....More

Normally just reception but some rooms on the first and second floor you get wifi but not all

Yes, parking is first come first serve but there is room for over 45 cars. Early arrival is required to secure a parking space.

We are required by law to be totally non smoking in all areas within the hotel premises. This requirement is part of the current public buildings legislation. We do provide an outside covered alcove behind the main entrance... More
