Just got home from a 2 night enjoyable stay. Was apprehensive at first as normally stay in another hotel. Greater by friendly staff who offered to carry bag whilst showing us to our room. Room 6. Room had enough space for the 2 of us. TV is fully working whenever we needed it. Pleased with the plenty of plug sockets... More

fab attention to detail with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay, apart from the usual tea, coffee and sugar there was hot chocolate, biscuits and even squash sticks for a refreshing cold drink! spotlessly clean - amazing breakfast - and although it is November lovely and warm - really close to the centre, the shops, the beach... I spent the weekend with my family and I felt very welcomed by the staff over there. The shower cubicle is a bit small, but the water temperature is nice and there are plenty heating in the bedroom. I think that to be even better few car park bays will do the job!

The hotel is in a great, central location. It is clean and comfortable. There were lovely touches in the room, chocolate and mints on the bed, water and plenty of tea, coffee etc. The breakfast was lovely, very satisfying. I had a full English but there was a good choice of things available, such as cereal, fruits, yogurts and pastries.... More

The whole place needs a revamp, its kinda stuck in the 70's. Some bits of room dusty and black mould in shower. However the breakfast made up for the rest. It was freshly made and delicious. For £38 a night you can't really complain.

Spent Monday-Friday in this lovely hotel. Rooms were spotless. Lots of hot water & fluffy towels. Breakfast was a highlight, nothing was a bother. Owners friendly. We normally stay in 'the big hotel at the end of the block' but won't again. The Albert's rooms are much better! Thanks for a great stay we'll be back next year.
