We had a great time here, family room for 5 was brilliant and the breakfast was suburb!! People who ran hotel were so lovely and really good with the kids!! The only tiny downfall was the shower, it was so sensitive and was either too hot or too cold - but a minor thing!! Excellent location too!!!

Repeat visitor to this hotel, and will continue to return. Welcome, such a pleasant owner. Cleanliness, the hotel is spotless. Food, lovely breakfast with a large choice. Location, a stones throw from all the attractions. In a word, EXCELLENT.

Very very small family room, but the overriding smell of cigs was really hard. There was a ashtray in the room and maybe this needs to be advertised, as I hate smoking. Warmly welcomed, can't knock that. It was only one night so put up with it and in the British way said nothing and maybe I should have! But... More

After all the rave reviews I was disappointed with the hotel. It's in a good location, clean and the owner is pleasant. However our family room was tiny, only had a small noisy fan heater and the corridors stank of cigarette smoke. It's adequate for a night but definitely not worthy of five stars. There are better places to stay.

Fantastic welcome hotel spotless couldn't fault a thing. Hot shower always a bonus!! Breakfast excellent. With this being a smoking hotel too it was just what we were looking for. Right next to attractions and the weather was pretty kind also. Can't wait to visit again . Kerry and David Anderson.

Great hotel, 16 rooms. Our room was perfect for a short stay and breakfast was varied and good. Room clean and tidy and great value for money. Location is a 5 minute walk from the tower and lights and is ideally placed if you want a central location

Located in the centre of Blackpool, shopping centre, beach, clubs, pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. All of the rooms were very clean and tidy. Showers lovely and hot. Really nice cooked breakfast, the landlord and landlady were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would be go back here - yes.
