Visited with my other halfs family for 2 nights at end of October. Rooms were clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast was buffet style and did the job. Hotel owner was a nice guy contary to some reviews I've seen. He was helpful, and informative. Only grumble was parking but judging by the amount of hotels in Blackpool... More

On booking this hotel I read top reviews and one stated " 5*quality therefore I booked expecting a really nice b& b . I got a big shock when I arrived to an old shabby b&b. Just arrived back home after 9 days in blackpool at the belvedere and we have enjoyed every moment of it, the hotel room was very comfortable and had a view of the tower for the little one which she loves to look at in the morning and in the evening, The breakfast was beautiful every morning and was freshly cooked... So close to all the main blackpool attractions, very helpful owners, Room was clean and the reviews about the breakfast are spot on, exellent. Was very quiet at night and we all had a great sleep. What a cracking little hotel with an even better price tag . My friend and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of September and I can't fault it. The owners are friendly and couldn't do enough to help us - making recommendations of where to visit, giving us directions and information about buses etc. The breakfast was excellent. Booked in here having booked some were else and walking out as it was filthy staff very welcoming let us veiw room before paying rooms clean bed comfy breakfast nice lovely hotel highly recommended guy on reception couldn't do enough for you would definitely stay again

We were invited to the Belvedere by friends who have been regular visitors for over 10 years for their New Year get away. It was just a 3 day getaway to celebrate New year, have a few drinks and enjoy ourselves. Very welcoming owners and wonderful staff, nothing to much trouble for anyone that is part of the belvedere hotel, lovely hotel, very close to all amenities, good buffet style breakfast all ways being checked to keep fresh, the belvedere really makes you feel relaxed so you can enjoy the holiday, big thumbs up will see you in 2016
