This place is awful, the car parking space that I booked when I made my reservation, none existent, only to be told it's first come, first served and that I...

First of all this hotel is a budget hotel in Blackpool not the Savoy in London so please bear this in mind when visiting. My Wife & I stayed for one night and for what we paid through Booking.com, £25.65 for both of us with continental breakfast you can't grumble. The room was clean with a freeview TV, toilet &...

Only to find out that it was not up to even an average standard. When we first entered the hotel, the room we were showed smelt of damp...

wow I don't know where to start on this one. We emailed the hotel prior to us arriving to arrange booking a parking slot like advertised....heard nothing. So we arrive and pull into the 1 remaining empty slot. Start unloading the bags and there is a sign on the wall stating we need permit parking or will be fined £60....
