Transferred here from another hotel and wish we hadn't agreed. Got the smallest of double rooms ever. Attention to detail was missing, it was dirty and would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast and lovely, dinners ok but way to early. Main hotel area was also nice and so was the entertainment.

Fantastic value for money, hotel staff excellent. Organised through Blackpool Promotions who provided excellent service and support. Also great location on the seafront. We had a family problem and had to leave early the support from the hotel and Blackpool promotions was absolutely superb.
