Came here on a family holiday and couldn't ask for a better place, a really friendly, homely hotel. The lovely landlady Mo even tolerated my 8yr old son's constant talking with a smile on her face. Whatever you forget to bring you can get...

What can I say totally amazing and friendly hotel would certainly recommend this to anyone. Really close to pleasure beach and south pier right across the road however rooms very quiet and very clean. Good choice for breakfast, cooked as you order. Owners were lovely and very welcoming will be returning here again.

Stayed here with my two children over the holidays for a few days. The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and we were catered for individually. More importantly it was an extremely friendly and homely hotel and I will look forward to going back.

We loved the breakfast especially the bacon and sausages which are sourced locally we're told. I even tried haggis with mine, We really should go back and kidnap the cook...lol Awesome location and the cleanest B&B in Blackpool we have ever stayed in...and we have been many times trust me. "I'll be back" as Arnie says and for many more...
