We've been coming to Blackpool for 20 years for a festival so have stayed in numerous B&B's in that time. Just booked to come back to Southview after stopping here for the first time, last year. The owners are so lovely and can't do enough for you and whilst it might not be a trendy boutique hotel it certainly offers...

Our rooms were really nice and nice and big, bathroom was a decent size too and shower was lovely. Breakfast was really nice and you get a choice of different things to have before your cooked breakfast if you wish, such...

Upon arrival, my partner and I were made to feel very welcome. The room was perfect for what we needed and as we were so close to town we always had something to do. We were even allowed to leave our bags while we went out one last time after checking out. Will definitely be going back again.

There was no reason why we chose this hotel but it was clean and the room was of a decent size. The host was was lovely, very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Will stay again. It was a five minute walk from the main strip and away from all the noises.

Nice clean hotel, the decor is very chintzy and the room nice and snug but it seems to be in very good shape. Small bathroom with a toilet and shower which suited our needs. Came with the standard full length mirror, hairdryer and bible. Tea and coffee provided in the room too. Breakfast was ok- full english as described. Parking...
