we took my kids ,grandkids, mum, brother and nephew went down for the weekend and had a great time, were very nervous going down as it has new owners but they couldn't be more friendly. their are still renovating the hotel but their are doing a great job, the breakfast was great lots on the plate . lots of games...

Everything could've been better where to start sheets were disgusting blinds were badly fitted dirty and didn't close right. Showers only ran cold the beds were camp beds duvet and pillows were incredibly thin and dirty double bed was more like a glorified single resulting in very bad nights sleep the dust in the fan in the so called ensuite...

Stayed here for one night with my partner and 3 children, not one thing to Complain about! Staff very friendly cudnt do enough for us, breakfast was lovely and we even got a board game and some dvds to entertain the kids:) will 100% be going back. THANKS

We were due to go to this hotel on the 13th August (3 days away) it was booked through a hen party company. They have now phoned and cancelled the hotel as they don't make enough money through the hen company. Not our problem, we even phoned and confirmed the hotel with them last week!!!! Now we have no hotel...

5of us stayed here for 2 nights. The location was spot on, the room was comfortable and spacious. Perfect for what we were looking for. Blackpool was extremely busy when we went, as there was a punk festival going on at the time. The breakfast was excellent, set us up for the day. A great hotel for families, no frills,...

Excellent place too stay which was agreed by the whole hen party! Great location, couldn't ask for more!!! Will definitely use this place again should another party be put together in the near future!

Couldn't have asked for any nicer hosts (Terry and David). They went out their way to accommodate and please us from when we arrived to leaving. The staff were excellent and breakfast was a treat. Our accommodation was spot on, no complaints, will definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again at Osborne house hotel when visiting Blackpool...

Stayed here one night over weekend. Looked quite good from outside and bar area. That is where it all ends. Had 2 rooms one family one double. Double room bed no bigger then a single. tiny very dated and quite smelly. No space to swing a cat. Room smelled like damp mattress was so thin and old ya could feel...
