My wife and I had a wonderful, welcoming and relaxing four days in room No3 at Ravenscroft at the end of October. Book wiht confidence and go relax and enjoy yourself. After a very long journey up, and arriving quite late (9 pm I think) 'super land-lady' Jackie was still there to give us a warm greeting. Quite simply nothing... More

We stayed 24th-25th August '12, had a briliant time! Just a short walk away from the shops turning left or right onto Lake Road. Jackie is lovely and couldn't have made us anymore welcome!!! Would visit again if we visit the lakes in the future :) Iain and Rachel, Manchester.

We stayed at Ravenscroft after reading the other reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. Jackie and Steve are lovely, friendly people who make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the superior room, with the seating area and it was fantastic. Jackie's breakfasts are superb with an excellent choice and plentiful, we didn't need much for lunch!... More
