From the moment we arrived Andy and Tracy made us feel completely at home. The room was lovely, cosy and warm and had a duvet that felt like sleeping under a cloud! The bathroom had the perfect shower. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend from the beautiful home baking to the stunning breakfast and wonderful little touches.

Kerry, It was great to meet you guys. Thank you so very much for your lovely review we appreciate it enormously. I'm glad you enjoyed the shower in room 5 it's a power shower that I'm told delivers 16 litres a minute so it does the job after a cold day out. We very much hope to see you guys...

My Dad and I have just arrived back from a wonderful few days staying at Andy and Tracey's beautiful home. On arriving, we received a very warm welcome and were given tea and home made cake, which was delicious. We were taken to our rooms which were amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the towels were lovely and fluffy!...

We loved everything! We were greeted by Andy who was so so lovely. He offered us tea/coffee and cookies and carried our cases up for us. I think we had the smallest room but it was plenty for the 2 of us for 2 nights. We have never been to the Lake District before and Andy recommended some restaurants/pubs and...

The welcome we received after travelling for 3 hours on the M6 was second to none. Coffee/tea served with Tracey's home baked banana cake. What a perfect start to our short break. Andy and Tracey are very knowledgeable with regards to the area, Andy organised an afternoon walk, which took us to a local viewpoint with vistas of Lake Windermere...

Elliot, After 3 hours on the M6 coffee/tea is the least you need and we always like to greet people with a drink and some of Tracey's cake/biscuits to try and help them unwind after their journeys. We live such busy lives these days we book breaks away and often don't consider what to do until we actually arrive so...
