This was our second stay at this lovely hotel, it's comfortable, quiet, clean and perfectly placed for a visit to the Lakes. Plus Nick & Cheryl are the perfect hosts, and breakfast is lovely. Mr Ravensworth gives the best cuddles too ;) We'll definitely be back here x

Very lovely place to stay, rooms very nice we had afternoon tea on arrival which was very nice too. I would recommend for a stay near windermere it was only a few minutes walk to lake and attractions.

The hotel, staff, food and location are all excellent. My only moan is a small one in that the afternoon tea was not clearly stated that it was on the day of arrival only. The tea was marvelous and we were disappointed that it wasn't available every afternoon.

Had a 2 night stay 12-14th March on a wowcher b&b offer. Welcomed by the proprieter and after taking us to our room which was a nice superior room that we had paid extra for, we came downstairs and sat down to lovely tea & coffee with various sandwiches and beautiful cakes all included in the deal. Nice comfortable &...

Very comfortable stay. Ground floor room was a good size, with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and clean, with an excellent shower. The hotel is in a great central location, for visiting different parts of the lakes. Although it is on a main road, our room was very quite.

This guest house is a very picturesque building nestled in the northern part of the village of Windermere. Our visit was part of a Wowcher deal that included afternoon tea upon arrival and breakfast for all the mornings we were there, and we upgraded to a king room. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and what was especially...

First visit to this lovely guest house. Very welcoming, organised and comfortable. Lovely cream tea provided within our offer and was 1st class! Lovely eating area including option to sit in a large welcoming conservatory. Breakfast was really nice too, not too greasy, with a good portion of food, even as a vegetarian myself the bacon looked really nice to...
